Miles Raymond: Wonderful.
Jack: I'm not gonna get you a gift certificate or a pen knife or any of that other horse shit.
Miles Raymond: I'd rather have a knife.
-Sideways
I used a quote from Sideways in honor of its release on DVD tomorrow. God knows I'll be in line at Target tomorrow with my copy in hand about to piss myself. Such a great movie.

Speaking of fantastic movies, I rented one called The Devil's Backbone. I first noticed it on the shelf of Hollywood Video about two years ago b/c the cover of the movie was very creepy.

It's a foreign film that takes place during the Spanish Civil War. In the story a young boy is dropped off at an orphanage in the middle of nowhere that he soon finds out is full of mystery and secrets. The orphanage is also haunted by one of the young boys that was tragically killed. The ghost story is probably what drew me to the film in the first place. The way the ghost is portrayed is very eerie, and beautiful. He died in water, so the blood gushing from his head seems to be floating upwards...very cool. Go rent it, it's worth your money...
You're looking a little pale. You might wanna get that checked out...

"I see dead people"

I dont' really have anything clever or funny to post tonight. Someone who always has something funny to post is Kathryn. My stomach hurts when I read her blogs. I need to start making shorter blogs more frequently because things happen to me that I swear I'm going to blog about, but then I just end up forgetting...Like that one time I was held at gunpoint by a gang of elderly prostitutes at an Exxon downtown, and they made me strip and shave their heads and bathe them in Jello...how the fuck are you supposed to remember something like that?
Good news! I got my camera back in the mail and it's as good as new. I also just realized that I can make video clips and load them onto the computer. Right now I'm consumed in trying to figure out how the hell to post a video on this blog. So you can possibly look forward to getting a video post in the future...or not.
Well, I'm going to wrap it up here tonight because SNL reruns are on, and they make me laugh almost as much as watching my dog chew on her ass. Laters for now!
