Tonight I went to the John Mayer/Maroon 5 concert with Kathryn. It was amazing! The weather was a little warm and humid when we arrived, but eventually some clouds showed up and brought a cool breeze. Initially we sat in the yard, which was in the far back of the amphitheater, but we saw an employee of Verizon telling people that certain sections were open to us. Thankfully, we got some decent seats under the enormous canopy.
Unfortunately, as Maroon 5 played, it started to rain...and when it rains, it pours! My entire back was drenched. Kathryn brought her umbrella, so she wasn't as wet as me. The rain blew in underneath the canopy and the people who sat within the first 30 rows from the back were soaked by the end of Maroon 5's gig. At first I thought it was cool, but after awhile, it became extremely cold and I got a rowdy nipple hard on...jk.
The rain stopped by the time John Mayer came out. He was GREAT! One of the best concerts ever! I wish I was closer to the front though...damn. Anyway, I'm gonna go dl some music and shit...laters!
