Hans Blix: Mr. Il, I was supposed to be allowed to inspect your palace today, but your guards won't let me enter certain areas.
Kim Jong Il: Hans, Hans, Hans! We've been frew this a dozen times. I don't have any weapons of mass destwuction, OK Hans?
Hans Blix: Then let me look around, so I can ease the UN's collective mind. I'm sorry, but the UN must be firm with you. Let me in, or else.
Kim Jong Il: Or else what?
Hans Blix: Or else we will be very angry with you... and we will write you a letter, telling you how angry we are.

I forgot to mention the template change last post. I'm just messing around with different looks so it may change again in the future.
My week went pretty well, I guess. Whenever I have something to look forward to on the weekends, the time seems to slow down significantly making classes more hell-ish. I'm stuck, once again, in a routine where everything I do one day mimics the next and it's reminding me that I need some sort of change...badly.
Stephanie Fall is comin' to visit me next weekend! Woo! I haven't gotten a chance to hang with her in forever, so it'll be rad. There's really nothing to do in Denton if you're not 21, or don't do drugs...so we'll probably be spending most the time in Plano where all the fun shit is. Hopefully it'll be good times, and an even better blog!
Oh! New obsession: the band, Muse. I had heard their name thrown around a few times, but I'd never heard any of their shit until I noticed a song playing on somebody's myspace. Let me just say, they're the shizzle for rizzle. If you like Endochine (band from Austin), you'll love Muse because they sound almost identical. You should check out the songs "Time is Running Out", "Newborn", and "Butterflies and Hurricanes"...crazy good.
I bought a ginormous bag of Blow Pops from Wal-Mart the other day, and I just finished the last one...I wonder why I'm fat.
This weekend Laura, Kevin, and I went to the Texas State Fair! But I'm not going to waste my time telling you about it, so I'll just narrate with the pictures. Enjoy, sluts!
This is me studying....sort of.

Ate dinner at Pappas Pizza on Friday. Those motherfuckers have food chains all over the place -- Pappasitos, Pappadeux, Pappas Pizza, etc. etc. We also met some really nice/funny North Texas alumnus who recognized my UNT shirt.

He looks really happy in this photo.

Sunset on our way to the fair

Downtown Dallas

This guy's jeans were so tight, you could see his entire ass crack. I later threw up in my mouth. Thanks for giving Texans a bad name, asshole!

Laura and Kevin

The famous ferris wheel...that shit was scary.

View from the ferris wheel

I like sunsets. Can you tell?

Checking out the livestock!

Laura enjoyed the smell of the cows and goats.

The best picture of the night! You couldn't pay me enough money to drink out of that....well, maybe like $5. What? I'm a cheap bastard.

Kirstie Alley was at the fair! Actually, his name was Boris. And yes, those are his disturbingly large balls between his legs.

Check out Boris's acrobatic tricks. I laughed.

This thing kinda scared the shit out of me during the parade.

Swings

I loved this ride!

...but Kevin didn't. (huddled in a corner) Sorry Kevin, I couldn't resist blogging this picture.

Ferris Wheel at night

That's all I got for today. Laters for now!
