So that's it. It's over. I've been forced to accept the fact that reality television has, once again, taken over another portion of my life. I spent weeks watching Laura's model friend, Shannon, work her way to the top just to be smashed by the 19 year old sob story competition on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search. Fuck. Thanks to tricky editing, Alicia (the winner) was made out to be the bitch at the beginning of the show; the unlikeable one. But, when the judges tended to favor her later on, suddenly Alicia became the lonely helpless girl that everyone felt bad for b/c she cried on every episode about her fucked up life. Also how do we actually know America's "vote" counted. After reading the 1200 rules of voting, it pretty much says that the producers can count however many votes they want. At a Sports Illustrated Super Bowl party, apparently the reps of SI told Shannon they "weren't happy with the decision". HA! Shannon deserved it...

Is it too obvious that I've run out of interesting things to discuss on my blog? I guess the only reason I'm posting tonight is out of guilt. It's been over a week, my camera is still broken, and nothing that exciting has happened. Actually, I went running tonight in my neighborhood. Boy, was that a rude awakening. I almost collapsed in the middle of the swimming pool parking lot. I ended up taking a water break back at the house after what seemed like forever, but my mother let me know that I was only out for six minutes. I'm completely out of shape. But, I ended up going back out and running for a half hour or so.

I'm so fucking sick of San Antonio weather. Just 2 days ago, it was raining and like 50 degrees outside. Today it was 80 degrees and sunny. Reminded me of how much I miss summer. Spring break is also getting close which is nice. I'm not going on any trip to Mexico or anything to party with friends b/c I was raised in the Lenard family...buzzkill. I think Alex's parents are going out of town, so I'm sure we'll party a little up at his house...wow, I think this is the first time I've ever used the word party and alex in the same sentence. Oooooooh...I guess I'm the only one that found that funny...
